“Having these bright young women join me at the Capitol was a great opportunity for them to see state government in action and better understand how the decisions we make here impact their schools, families, and future,” Schmaltz said. “I hope this experience inspires them to stay engaged, ask questions, and consider how they can make a difference in their communities.”
